EcoShield Timber Care Products are designed for regular use as a maintenance tool to keep the look and function of coated timber furniture. All EcoShield Timber Care products use water based, non hazardous ingredients and are designed for ease of use in home application. Many other cleaning and polishing products contain solvents, detergents, silicone and harsh chemicals that can break down the protective coating of finished timbers. Most timber care products (particularly polishes) come in aerosol packaging and contain silicones. Silicone makes it very difficult to re-stain or re-coat finished timbers.
