Occupational
Health & Safety
We recognise the important role that the understanding of the Occupational
Health & Safety (O H & S) policies and practices involving the
contract-cleaning environment.
We monitor variations and amendments to the OH&S act of 1983 (and
regulations), Factories, Shops and Industries Act (and regulations),
Dangerous Goods Act, Construction Safety Act, Manual Handling Regulations
(National standards), Confined Spaces Regulations, Floors, Walkways
and Passages Regulations.
We have all necessary material and national resources to meet the requirements
of all statutory regulations relating to Noise Management, Manual Handling,
Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Substances and Waste Management.
We continually monitor and communicate to our client’s, our own
employees and management through handbooks, posters, signage, cleaning
instructions, quality manuals and our specifically designed manual handling
procedures and cleaning procedures.
We ensure high levels of evaluation, training and safety assessments
all the times.
We always aim to create a work environment that is regarded as low risk,
for our staff as well as our client's staff and visitors.

Quality Assurance
We place a high value on quality assurance programs on cleaning, the
environment, safety, human resources and waste management.
At every client location we implement systems and activities that address
the key objectives of our quality assurance policy.
These are:
• Develop a quality plan to maintain a minimum standard,
• Developing a high level benchmark that may be used to measure
each requirement,
• Our own audit process to maintain our own performance and making
sure that our services regularly meet our clients needs.
We maintain our minimum standards by the following processes in order
to ensure minimum standards are met.
These processes include the following:
• On site cleaning staff compliance and training,
• Performance Indicator analysis (Independent or client),
• Statutory cleaning staff compliance,
• Quality Control checks sheets
• Regular Security and Police record checks on our staff
All our collated information is recorded and summary reports are on
site for the client’s reference.
We undertake a regular analysis of our quality assurance benchmarks
and undertake a quality assessment scoring, in some instances if our
score system is not achieved; new procedures are put immediately into
place.
These processes that are to be in place is there in order to maintain
the highest quality services to our clients at all times.
